I just watched the new video by Donna Pessin about this same subject. There are many variables that can speed up and slow down some people on this UHP journey. Here are a few things to consider:

Stress in our lives such as work, other people : ) raising children, marriage, divorce, all personal relationships, finances, death and sickness in our circles, the “NEWS”, technology and exposure to electro magnetic fields and more. It is how we handle these things that makes a big difference. I can tell you first hand that one year and change on this UHP and I am often handling life stress better, but during that first year I had a tough time. In all honesty, not much worse than  it was before I started The UHP. It is often hard to rewind and remember how things were before starting The Unique Healing Program.

Exposure to pollutants and other variables that we are usually not fully aware of. Don’t focus too much about this one. It can be overwhelming. It does have a huge effect on every aspect of our lives. Living in Beijing, China is a most obvious example of air pollution  and its effect on people and what people are willing to put up with. What many feel they have a limited choice over. I do believe this all is in the process of changing.


I have learned was to lie down and rest. Do nothing except relax and breathe. Yes, it really helps, even for 5- 10 minutes at a time.


I have definitely found that decreasing the amount of clay I was taking was helped by amping up some of the crutches. Helped me feel better and tone down my symptoms. I went from 12-18 tbsp  of clay a day to as low as 6-8. I did hat because I hit a wall and just could not drink anymore and eat. Also, I felt blocked and frustrated. I do use Magnesium Citrate everyday in the evening to help make sure my gut moves in the morning. I think I am going to try going up in dosage with the Clay again soon. Not a huge amount. Keep you posted.

Also, I do know of a few people doing this UHP and doing it at their own pace with 2-4 tbsp of clay, 6-8 herbs, some of the crutches and presently no Colloidal Silver. They seem to be doing okay. Remember, we are all very different and that needs to be understood. We are humans not machines.

Besides the Bowel Strength and Sodium Bentonite Clay, the other crutches that helped me the most were / are the Cal Cit [ just added a bit of Cal Carb to what I am taking], GABA and L-Theaniane and homemade Colloidal Silver. I use the NOW powders for these supplements. Pills are hard for me to consume in large doses. I feel powders are more easily assimilated.

My own experience tells me that  a simpler diet can help most people have less potent symptoms. Wheat, yeast in bread of all kinds, sugar, coffee  and alcohol can tweak symptoms. Sometimes they do not when consumed a few times a weekor on occasion. Coffee is something I can NOT handle well at all and avoid all together. There have been periods on UHP where it was clear that consuming wheat based flour products or any grain was not helping. Time to give it a break.  AT A CERTAIN POINT drinking more clay was not the short term answer for me to feeling better. It may be for you. More Clay has been of help at times. This is where experimentation and patience are key.

Coffee that may work for you and has little acid is something I heard about from a UHP friend. Try to find that info and put the link here. Until then, here is  similar kind of coffee I found online.

If this UHP has taught me anything it is patience, or  how little patience I can have. I think the one thought many of us on UHP or other programs MAY share is – WHY AM I PAYING TO FEEL SO LOUSY? This may not be a conscious thought or one that you may feel is true. Fine, but if you do feel this way, stop,rewind and remember how not so good you felt prior to UHP. As I have written before, things must not have been so good  to even consider drinking clay, eating herbs and all the other things one needs to work towards feeling better without taking drugs or medications. I know drugs of all kinds do not provide long term healing. Long term medication are numbing band- aids.


Also, it is insane that people think drinking clay is insane! What modern medicine asks of  patients seems truly absurd. In the case of Chemotherapy and Radiation the protocol description might go something like this:

We [ the doctors] are going to give you poison. You will very likely feel horrible. These treatments will do some non-repairable damage to your cells and you MAY not live through the treatments. BTW, it will cost a fortune, you will probably loose your hair and look really bad at the same time. This process may involve having some body parts removed. P.S. The cancer may return and we will repeat the whole process over again.

Now that is pretty crazy if I do say so myself. Crazier than The Unique Healing Program Donna Pessin Protocol? You tell me.
