GIVNG MY DOG CASTOR OIL AND PINE OIL / TURPENTINE

We have a 8 pound Chihuahua that has some parasite issues. One clear sign is that around the New and Full Moon I sometimes catch her rubbing her butt, after eating, on the grass. Lovely. Better there than on the furniture. Anyway, besides all the other things we do to help her, I have been recently giving her 5 drops of Turpentine in 1/8 tsp of sugar daily. It was originally suggested to me that I put it in her food. I went with my instincts and decided to use sugar instead. This protocol has seemed to be very helpful in diminishing her symptoms. The other application that helped is applying a few drops on her gums with a cotton swab. I was doing this because they looked inflamed. I stopped the sugar dose when applying it to the gums. Lessening  daily usage is the plan. Maybe amping it up before both Moon Cycles.

CASTOR OIL

When we were at a frustration point with her progress, we gave her a 1/4 tsp of Castor Oil in a tiny bit of food. That did initiate a big clean out. There was definitely some parasitic material evacuated in her bowel. Gelatinous, stringy stuff at the tail end of a very large movement. People who have dogs and kids often want to hear these kind of details. Most are use to poop talk. It is a pretty yucky visual. I gave this dose to her about two or three hours before going out on her morning walk on an empty stomach. Just a warning: giving a dog Castor Oil on its own can cause them to gag because it is so viscous in nature. There is not a whole lot of information on Castor Oil for dogs, but there is a bit.

I have only seen improvements from the use of Pine Oil / Turpentine and Castor Oil with our Chihuahua. Also, she was never a big barker, nervously anxious, but since giving her these two substances she is even less so. We have had workers in the house. The noise they make can get loud and she hardly makes a sound. This is big.

BEST WISHES IN THE NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!

At the age of ten I distinctly remember questioning the premise that illness just happens to us. The idea that every action has a reaction became a clear reason to doubt that I could not personally impact my own health. In my very early twenties I was introduced to the Macrobiotic Philosophy of Life and assisted a Macrobiotic Counselor in NYC over a period of ten years or more. My life took many twists and turns and I evolved from a trained dancer and performer to a Shiatsu Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Colon Therapist and student of different Spiritually oriented Mind Body Therapies at the Esalen Institute and other healing centers. My associations are as follows: Member of the AOBTA for over 20 Years Member of the NCCAOM for approximately 12 years Member of the Yoga Teachers Alliance 500 hours for approximately 12 years Colon Therapist [ Wood's Institute ] Since 1998 Along with studying REIKI [ 2nd degree ] I was part of a School based on the work of Railey Macey, Dr. Robert Jaffe and Hands of Light. Railey Macey was my teacher. Thank you for your interest in my blog. notyourrawmoma "Wherever you are be the soul of that place". Rumi
