HEALING AUTO IMMUNE WEAKNESS ON THE MINIMUM WAGE

THINKING CAN BE THE ONE THING WE CAN LEARN TO CONTROL NO MATTER WHAT OUR FINANCES ARE

I saw this story on the PBS NewsHour here in the US, and was taken aback by the number of hours people who “pick and pack” at Amazon stand during a day of work. Ten hours was the number quoted in the story. I immediately thought of how hard it is  for all of us to have the time to take care of ourselves and work, especially with these long hours. At 13.00 an hour, before taxes, there is no money for extras, to say the least. The next thing that came to mind was that Faster EFT would be an extremely helpful tool for people being paid Minimum Wage. What is Faster EFT?  I know Faster EFT could be helpful for just about everyone who is willing to apply it. Faster EFT is not a miracle cure. It is a system that can help create unlimited possibilities in the lives of those who are willing to apply it daily.

Doing a job that can be hard on the body for a wage that is not high enough to live comfortably may bring up emotions of frustration, anger, and fear. Faster EFT can be the tool to release the aches, pains and other physical response that may come up for people. Creating a more positive frame of mind will only help create more positive outcomes in the lives of all working people.

RELEASING AND LETTING GO WHILE GOING ABOUT OUR LIVES

Continuously ruminating about people and situations we can not control takes a toll on the Immune System of the thinker. Diet and lifestyle changes are things that take time and effort. These efforts can only be helped by the deep change of mind that a system like Faster EFT can provide.

CORRECT TOES TOE SPACERS: REALIGNING INFLAMED FEET

ONE PART OF A HEALTHY NON-SURGICAL SOLUTION

I recently purchased a product called  Correct Toes for help with straightening out  hammer toes. realigning my feet and minimizing my bunions. I have used  Yamuna Zake’s products for my feet for self foot massage. The Yamuna Foot Walkers are very helpful in a different way. I also wanted something that would help to separate and elongate my toes while doing daily tasks and resting. Correct Toes answers this need.

Soaking my feet in a mixture of epsom salts, bentonite clay, vinegar and honey has been helpful for my feet and my entire body. There are detox foot recipes similar to this online. I  just keep it simple and add all ingredients to a small plastic tub and add hot water. Filtered water is best. Detoxing through the feet is something that is a part of many healing traditions. Drawing out toxins through the feet is a part of Traditional Medicine throughout world. Pedicures are so popular today for many reasons. Removing callouses, fungal and other necrotic material makes people feel better, and not just because of how it looks, or feels to the feet alone. Dr. Jennifer Daniels, MD has some helpful ideas for detoxing through the feet which I first heard about through her group classes. She probably talks about this in some of her radio shows which can be accessed on her website.

These Toe Separators from Yoga Toes are different in that they can NOT be worn while walking around. Yoga Toes are less expensive than Correct Toes. Depending on your needs they may work for you. One thing Yoga Toes are good for is wearing while soaking our feet. I think you could do the same with Correct Toes but the ingredients in the Foot Soaking Formulas might degrade the materials that the Correct Toes are made of. Correct Toes are made to be flexible so they are most likely not going to last as long if exposed to Epsom Salts, etcetera.

Sitting down to soak our feet is relaxing but challenging for people. Making time for ourselves in our own homes is sometimes problematic. With so much to do soaking our feet seems like a luxury. In the end, Detox Foot Soaks have helped me be more productive and feel more calmly energized. Combined with the Correct Toes, that can be worn while being active, foot soaks have become something I enjoy making regular time for.

FYI, being active wearing Correct Toes is something a person builds up to incrementally. As frustrating as it can be to many of us, healing is a process.

Our feet are important to take care of. Aside from the points covered in Reflexology Theory, our feet are a mirror for what is going on in our entire body. Crusty, callused feet with thick, ridged, brittle nails, etc. are a commentary about the rest of our health. Our feet tell a story that is not to be ignored.

HEALING INFLAMED HIPS: THE RECONSTRUCTION PROCESS

After decades of experiencing different healing protocols, I can honestly say that I do not believe what works for me will work for everyone else. These blog posts are written to share my experience and help others.

If you have found this blog post you may think you have come upon one recipe for healing hip pain. You have, but not directly. I am a patient of Dr. Jennifer Daniels, MD. Part of being her patient involves signing a type of release form. The form asks for each patient to not divulge exact protocols that she has developed for healing. I signed it, and am in complete agreement with it. I feel that it is very fair request, especially coming from Dr. Daniels. Why is that? Well, she  has put in a great deal of hard work over the years to develop her approach to healing. Dr. Daniels has paid her dues with her Western Medical education, Holistic education, her clinical work with her  patients, and her own Self Healing. A person can truly appreciate her expertise by being either a private patient, following her broadcasts, or are involved in her group consults that happens once a month for a nominal fee.

THE HEALING PROCESS

Dr. Daniels has a unique approach that simultaneously involves cleansing and rebuilding the body on many levels. Her Traditional Medical Training and Practice experience is coupled with her objective understanding of Western Medicine. With this experience, she has developed totally alternative healing approach to achieve a non-surgical protocol for joint rehabilitation and recovery.

As a Bodyworker, Yoga Teacher, Colon Therapist I have met a large number of people who have had hip and joint replacements. Even if successful, these patients can end up needing replacements of other joints. Finding the root cause of joint degeneration is not part of most Traditional Medical Orthopedic Medical Practices. I know this first hand. I am currently regenerating my hip joints with Dr. Daniels guidance and can personally attest that the process she employs is working for me. I know for certain that each person and their situation is different. The time taken for each person to heal is mutually exclusive.

The healing process that Dr. Daniels employs for reducing body inflammation and healing joints involves strategies of all kinds. She employs formulas and recipes that stem from Traditional Medicines all over the world. Time and effort is involved and required by the patient. This is truly a whole body system healing process. It has to be since all organs and all body systems work in unison. All organs impact the function of each other.

ONE OBSERVATION

There are a wide percentage of people do not do well with placing foreign objects made of surgical steel, zirconium, plastic, silicone and saline breast implants (to name a few) inside their body. These are some of the materials used in dentistry, ear piercings, facial restorations, breast implants, etcetera that put pressure on the Immune system of the human body. Something to consider if joint replacement is something that you are considering.

NOT SUCH COMMON KNOWLEDGE

Healing joint pain is a whole body process. It is not just in the joint itself. Replacing the joint, for most people, will not be their only related medical exploration. More surgeries and other health complications are likely to be in their future. This is especially true if the cause of inflammation is not addressed on a preventative level. A good start is believing that a non-surgical approach to healing is in fact possible.

IN SUMMARY

The non-surgical approach to helping people recover, rehabilitate, and quite simply heal inflamed joints, depending on the situation, is not a quick process. It is not a take two and call me in the morning, or even next month deal. Consider this: If you are wary of joint replacement surgery it is worth your time to find out more about what causes inflammation and how the human body can heal if given the right tools.
