TURPENTINE THERAPY:RESOLVING THAT ARTHRITIC LIMP AND JOINT PAIN

CHANGE BEGINS WITH A VISUAL IMAGE: AN ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH

Before reading any further, I invite you to imagine yourself walking. Walking in a way that engages both your upper and lower body. Shoulders, Arms, Hips and Legs. A Gait that has an alternating motion of shoulders and hips. A Gait  that looks easy going, that has a natural, understated swagger. This IS a Gait that is ageless. A Gait that is driven by confidence and  curiosity. A Gait that is NOT driven by fear and pain. Fear, when it is an everyday response to life, not spurred on by any real circumstance, needs to be recognized a a precursor, or outcome of poor health. This kind of behavior is often mistaken as a attribute of old age. It is really an attribute of declining health, and can occur at any age.

DEHYDRATION, DEMINERALIZATION EQUAL ARTHRITIS – AUTOIMMUNE WEAKNESS

Are you a person that has had a dalliance with digestive ills, joint pain, depression – lack of excitement about life, skin rashes, migraines, just feeling tired all the time? The list of symptoms is very long all encompassing. Maybe you would consider that chances are you walk without a whole lot of elegance. Otherwise known as loosing your MOJO. Maybe you never thought about how you and others walk, get up out of a chair, have restrictions in joint range of motion.  A less than fluid Gait often goes undressed because it is masked by youth and lack of awareness. An awkward Gait can eventually evolve into a Limp.

Do some observing and you will notice how many people walk in a stiff and uncomfortable looking way. Also, you do not need to be over 50 to have this issue. However, Posture and Gait do create a vibe of  premature aging. How we walk is a unsolicited and unconscious comment we make about ourselves. A comment that needs no words. Actions, especially in the case of walking, do speak louder.

CLEARING INFLAMMATION: DR. JENNIFER DANIELS, MD

I  would begin by researching the causes of inflammation and how to deal with pain without the use of numbing drugs, injections and surgery. In my view medications open the door for further inflammation and structural damage to those taking them. Dr. Jennifer Daniels, MD has an approach that may work for people who have an open mind. Her use of Turpentine – Pine Oil  and Vitality Capsules, in my opinion, are the lynch pins that make everything else she recommends work. Many of her other recommendations may not be new to some. Her approach does have a deeper impact due to her Candida Cleaner Protocol. Dr. Daniels understanding of the use of Pine Oil / Turpentine joined with her clinical experience is undeniable. All of this accompanied by her own personal healing process, that seems to be constantly evolving, deepens her success with her patients.

PREMATURE AGING, DEMINERALZATION, DEHYDRATION

Over the past decades I have observed the Walking Movement / Gait of my clients and people in general. Back when living in NYC, I personally worked with a Structural Integration Therapist on my own Gait Retraining. Due to the influence of Pharmaceutical and Insurance Companies on Medical Education on all levels, many PT’s have low expectations for most people, especially those over 50. Even lower ones for those with diagnosed “Degenerative” Illnesses. With that information stated, one thing that I can generally recommend is to begin walking in a way that engages the upper and lower body. This means synchronizing the movement of the upper body [shoulders  and arms ]with the hips and legs. This is  an approach to walking that takes conscious effort. The benefits are many

To summarize, the upper body needs to move in opposition to the lower body when walking. When the upper and lower torso are held in a rigid way it does NOT transmit a feeling of confidence. A confidence that is most deeply connected to a strong Immune System. A walking pattern that lacks fluidity puts a great strain on the entire nervous system – spine. It looks robotic. A robotic Gait is not attractive. The age of the person, under these circumstances is almost inconsequential. However, one thing  reasonable people may agree upon is that moving in a rigid way contributes to appearing  less than confident. How we think and move often reflect one another. Are there exceptions? The spirit of an individual is powerful and can override what is lacking physically. This is becoming less and less in this world of exposure to environmental toxins, and other factors that compromise the health of each one of us.

In the past few years I have shared my experience with The Unique Healing Program / Donna Pessin and The Kalcker Parasite Protocol, and a long history before that.  Dr. Jennifer Daniels, MD is a practitioner who has provided a great deal of information that is well worth checking out. GcMaf: TRUSTING OUR INTUITION WHILE HEALING

FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS: IS IT REALLY THAT HARD? SOMETIMES….

I am sitting in front of a laptop that I use daily. I do not understand how it works, or many of the components, but I rely on it. It helps me in many ways. There is a long list of things we all use that most of us do not technically understand. We can get pretty annoyed when they do not do what we want. So, I am inviting people who are researching GcMaf to do their due diligence in understanding the instructions before using it. One does not need to become an expert on GcMaf. There are ways to make GcMaf work better and they involve, most primarily, dietary restrictions. Read about them and decide if you are willing to use GcMaf as, I believe, it is intended. If you come from the world of Western Medicine you may view it as a drug that is going to fix everything. I think this is a very big mistake. That is not a realistic approach to anything, and will only set people up for disappointment, or worse.

REGAINING HEALTH COMES WITH A PRICE TAG

Some participants on different fb Forums complain about their symptoms after a dose of GcMaf. From what they reveal about themselves, many of them have used Western Medicine in their lifetimes. Some seem to have forgotten the suffering that goes with Allopathic Medical Protocols. GcMaf, as well as other Holistic Protocols, have a backside to it, as does all Western Medicine. The backside of GcMaf  will be made worse by not following the directions, not fully understanding what GcMaf does. Again, NOT complying with the dietary guidelines multiplies the immune system response, and complicates or nullifies the effects of GcMaf.

EATING FOR COMFORT / SABOTAGING THE PROCESS

With Western Medical Cancer Treatment, patients often experience immediate suffering with the use of Chemotherapy and Radiation. Usually there are no dietary restrictions. One can comfort themselves with sugar, alcohol, refined carbs, cake, ice cream, wine.These days Medical Mary Jane is sometimes part of the Western Medical Protocol This is not the case with GcMaf.  GcMaf is like a detective that goes in and finds the root of the issue and smokes it out. Living through that can be uncomfortable. Feeling unwell is often referred to as detoxing, or a healing crisis.

Please take not that there are many ways to find comfort through nourishing foods that work well with taking GcMaf and healing outside the Western Medical Paradigm.

Using Chlorine Dioxide, as written about by Kerri Rivera and Dr. Andreas Kalcker, can be of great help to people using GcMaf and those who are not. Please check out CD:Autism and take advantage of the free download available there of the book outlining this program.

In order to heal it is important to have some support. Whether at home, from friends, and others on the same path. Forums on fb and the internet are ways to get some extra support. Most importantly information. This information must be weighed and measured. Please be aware, if you are not already, that these forums are populated with people that use the internet to gripe, complain and vent their, often hypochondriacal, fears. The combative inner terrain of parasites, viruses, and overgrowth of bacteria are looking for a place to act out. The internet is perfect for this purpose.  This is draining for all of us and does not support healing.

DETOXING HEAVY METALS AND MOLD: MENTAL FOG AND FEELING DOWN

HEAVY METALS ARE INORGANIC. THEY DO NOT ENHANCE HEALTH. THEY CHIP AWAY AT IT.

If you are involved in a Parasite, Viral – Heavy Metal Detox Program you may at times feel mildly to very unhappy. Other adjectives such as agitated, grumpy, frustrated, angry, disgusted, and just plain down in the dumps. If it helps, you are SO not alone. When making big changes in life, through detoxifying, these feelings are normal. They are part of rebalancing your blood and brain chemistry. Using food, alcohol, caffeine, drugs and other addictive ways of dealing with these ups and downs only makes things worse. Often, the only way to find this out is to go down the road of Self Medication. To return to the same substances that have helped cause and added to the problem. It is called being human. I am not recommending you do that, but it happens. In the beginning of this road to health it can happen more than you may like.

HEAVY METALS

As a child my parents would drive the three of us from New York City to visit my grandparents in Chicago. We would navigate through Pittsburgh, Pa. and get a grim glimpse of the steel mills and railroad yards. It is not a happy sight, or memory. It is a sea of Heavy Metal toxicity. Smokes stacks spewing big gray and dark black wafts of toxicity. How people have chosen to turn a blind eye to the effects of all this is disturbing, sad and angering. Al Gore nailed it,  An Inconvenient Truth is one phrase that sums it all up.

MOLD

The house I grew up in, I can most certainly say, was infested with Mold. Picture Mold. It is not pretty or uplifting. Dank and musty, very often growing and going unseen due to where it is located. Mold is air born and invisible. The spores entering into the lungs, blood, the large intestines, and skin. Everywhere.

BIG CITY POLLUTION, OR BREATHING IN PESTICIDES ON A FARM

Having lived in New York City most of my life I have most definitely been exposed to Heavy Metals. At this point, on this amazing planet, almost every single person is exposed to Heavy Metals to one extent or another. If you are doing research for someone else on either of these subjects, Heavy Metals or Mold, take a look at yourself and your own exposure while you are at it. This is no joke.

DETOXIFYING FROM ENVIRONMENTAL TOXINS THAT WE ARE SUBJECTED TO DAILY

I have written other posts making the point that people are not depressed. People feel depressed. That separation is crucial in order to be sane, self forgiving, and understand others. All of us are carrying joyless, toxic, inorganic Heavy Metal substances in our bodies. Our exposure to them, daily and in increasing quantities, determines how we feel and behave. We are not all the same and that very much involves our MENTAL CONDITIONING as children, and throughout our lives. Examples of mental conditioning, other than the family, is school, religion, the military, organized group sports, gymnastics, and disciplined dance studies. A very short list.

With many people, feeling depressed is not acceptable. This is usually due to a heavy social stigma. Not understanding that feeling down is a natural response in life. Getting stuck there is a problem. These individuals are often able to distract themselves from their feelings by focusing on how sick others are and using food and other substances as a buffer. They have not reached a breaking point. If they have children, their children may have reached theirs.

Please do not identify with feelings of hopelessness. At times, this can be very hard to do. Using strategies from the Klinghardt and Kalcker Protocols are ways to start the process physically. Of course, there are other programs out there. Most that I know of have similar ideas and strategies. Improving general health through lessening of Heavy Metals through strengthening Digestion and cleaning up Elimination. This is not a one shot deal. The way things stand today this is a lifetime commitment. Yes, a lifetime.

The Unique Healing Program is one method to investigate, but I can not recommend this program as it presently stands in structure and direction. The videos have some good information. The creator, Donna Pessin? Well, come to your own conclusions.

KALCKER AND KLINGHARDT

Enemas with Chlorine Dioxide, as discussed in the Kalcker Parasite Protocol [Kerri Rivera: CD Autism] are helpful for many. I hear from people that their mood lifts after doing them. This is my experience, as well.

The Klinghardt Protocol, along with the daily steps, has products they recommend. I am not talking about supplements. These products as well as the Klinghardt Regime for Cancer, Auto Immune, Lyme Disease, and other Poor Health Issues address removal of Heavy Metals, Parasites, Bacterial Overgrowth, Viruses. The whole gamut.

Environmedica / LL’s Magnetic Clay for Detoxing Heavy Metal through Clay Bath and Pack concoctions that can be very effective. You will only know if you try.

THE HOSPITAL

Do something already! Do something to address your health concerns. Otherwise, you may end up in a situation where you have no control. I have seen it happen many times. It is a self fulfilling prophecy that many have in the back of their minds. Sometimes it is something they just won’t shut up about. This happens either through their words or actions. Take action to change, or life will take action for you. I know this one first, second, and third hand.

PARASITE PROTOCOL: STUMBLING BLOCKS TO HEALING

WHAT OR WHOM IS IN YOUR WAY?

CD AUTISM KERRI RIVERA AND DR. ANDREAS KLACKER

It can be very easy to use family, friends, job, lifesyle, etcetera as an excuse to avoid the initially difficult changes that are necessary to heal. These changes are ongoing, and impact us in every way. Our belief systems and those around us are greatly challenged. My observation over the years with myself, clients, friends and family is that some people make changes in their lives unconsciously knowing that their relationships may not survive their decisions. On the other side, there are the select few that are able to be  in a completely different “lane” than the people around them. This may be a possible scenario for some to live and thrive in. As observers we think we know why people make the decisions they do. This is a pretty arrogant assumption. I have been more than guilty of this. What I am writing here are repeated observations of myself, and of others. Experiences that people have shared with me over a period of 30 years or more in clinical and non-clinical situations.

Author Carolyn Myss is a great storyteller in her books and lectures. I listened many times to at least one of her books on recording. I strongly remember her sharing one observation about change. A encapsulated version: When a person is presented with a possible lifestyle change both eyes either both go left, right or up. Then they run that change past their “tribe”. They then decide whether they can or can not make that change accordingly. This is the same tribe that supports all our addictions and deep seated patterns. Going against our tribe will cause a whole lot of disruption. The backside of these decisions is often break – up, divorce, loss of friends, relocation of residence. Change of job and career. This may sound scary, but is often extremely emancipating. It is all how we view it.

LEAVING PEOPLE BEHIND

Do the people making the changes always do the leaving? No. Sometimes people leave those who are knocking over the applecart. They do this by not being willing to open their minds to new ways of living. Remarkably, there are those that are not interested in participating, but are willing to be a silent support. That kind of relationship may be able to withstand just about anything. People have such different needs. Not everyone needs to be surrounded by like minded people. What has saddened me the most personally is the making wrong tendency others have of something that threatens their addictions. By the way, this works on both sides. Understanding fear of change, and of loosing control, can make it easier to accept others choices and move on. Moving on does not necessarily mean leaving, but letting go of expectations that they will join you in the pursuit of healing.

The bottom line, if there is one, is to not see others as being in our way. It is really our fear about changte that creates stumbling blocks. Those fears are legitimate, and facing them is part of the healing process. At least that has been my experience. What is yours?

PARASITE PROTOCOL: THERE IS MORE THAN ONE WAY TO “SKIN A CAT”

DR.BISCI, DR. KALCKER, DR. MERCOLA, GATES,  PESSIN, RIVERA, DAVID WOLFE. THE LIST IS LONG

Thinking for oneself is often what most people believe they are doing. From my own experience, with myself and others, this is often not the case. Not the case at all. I am not even sure many of of us know what it means to think independently. If you were [ or still are ] a participant in The Unique Healing Program, and are now part of some other kind of healing program, here is some advice: do yourself a favor and stay conscious. What does that mean? Don’t replace Donna Pessin with Dr. Andreas Kalcker, Kerri Rivera, Donna Gates, or Fred Bisci, or anyone else. How did that work out the first time? With Donna Pessin, or someone else? Develop your intuition and think for yourself. This is not always easy when we are are all entrained to follow instructions. We are the good student if we follow instructions well. Especially true in the case of Kalcker, or anyone else with the title of Doctor in front of their names.  After all, he is a doctor! When convenient the doctor, in the eyes of the patient or student, is  either a genius or a moron.

CALL A MECHANIC, OR CALL A GARDNER?

Large segments of people seem unknowingly convinced that the body is a machine. Yes, even people who are part  of Alternative Healing Programs. I have experienced this directly due to being in contact with other people participating in The Unique Healing Program.  I have also experienced this as a practitioner for many years. When convenient people believe in the one-size- fits all concept of heath.  Accent on WHEN CONVENIENT. That is TRULY not possible. I have learned it is better for me to not share my experiences, too liberally, on a one-on-one basis. Why? Numbers of people I have met are competitive. A competitive mentality can be, very destructive to healing. It can be destructive in general. Also, shockingly, some people have very little compassion for others. This has been hard for me to understand. I have found it to be true. Why is it hard to believe? I would think those that need compassion would want to give compassion to others.  This is often not the case : (

HOW TO GET SUPPORT?

Here is one tip: Be a better listener. Let people talk when they are not feeling well. Do not interject unless it is supportive, or you are asked to. People who are involved in “fringe” healing therapies NEED TO TALK and BE HEARD. They probably do not have anyone in their social / family realm to talk with about how they feel. Also, when someone tells you they feel tired from not sleeping [one example] just listen. Boasting that you sleep great is not supportive. How does that help them? Tell them at another moment in the conversation, or in another conversation how they may improve their sleep. Be there for others in the most complete way you are able. It might help to give to others what you need. You may well need to take a break. It may be time to actively let go of those that are not able to be there for you.  Also, some people can not be there for others, especially if they are not well. Slowly lessening contact with these people seems more humane than just cutting the cord in one full swoop. Sometimes you may need to clip it pronto. Take action with as much compassion as you can muster.

THE SKINNING THE CAT PART

There are many ways to attain health and heal. If you think your way is the only one, stop and reassess. That attitude comes off very arrogant. If this post seems like I am writing it directly to you, then it may just be your reminder. You definitely do not need this read as much as someone who can not figure out what anything I have written here means. That person is very likely thinking this post applies to someone else and not them : (

DOSING CHLORINE DIOXIDE SUBLINGUALLY: DR. ANDREAS KALCKER – KERRI RIVERA

In this YOUTUBE video somewhere after the 35 minute mark to 45 minute mark, Dr. Andreas Kalcker discusses taking CD / MMS / Chlorine Dioxide sublingually. This was filmed at an Autism 2014 Symposium. Dr. Kalcker’s  answer is framed for those who are intolerant of CD orally. It might help out when trying to fit in CD around eating, etcetera. One example where it may be effective is if one is having a strong response in the lungs. If you take a deep breath and feel a tightening. This is one example. Excellent video and one packed with information on a several fronts concerning the Kalcker Parasite Protocol, Rivera Book and more. I did not find specifics as to how long to hold the CD solution under the tongue, or how much, for it to be effective.

The key is experimenting. If you can ingest CD and just find it repugnant, I would personally not use this as a replacement for oral doses. Could be helpful at certain times and for certain people. Better to do this than not take it at all!

Jim Humble, or someone else, may address Sublingual Dosing of CD in videos or books. This is the first I was aware of it. May help someone out there that finding it hard to ingerst CD, eat, take meds, herbs, live, etcetera. CD is often used for dental hygiene, helping to save teeth that are loosening up. Putting CD in devices that use water to clean teeth has helped me.

LESSEN PARASITE SYMPTOMS. EAT MINERAL RICH FOODS: IT HELPS!!

ARE YOU EATING TO LIVE, OR LIVING TO EAT? THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE

Some of the foods I eat to build strength and feel more mentally clear and competent is Dulse Seaweed, Sardines or some kind of fish. Of great importance are Chlorella, Spirulina and Superfood Green Powders. In terms of fish, smaller fish are better because they have less toxins in their systems. This is due to shorter time spent in our water ways that have different levels of pollutants. Also, Sardines are hight in minerals. I rarely crave Sardines, but I find them so helpful that I have put my lack of attraction aside. I get a strong energy boost when I eat them. I can feel and see they are building my Nervous, Muscular, and Skeletal Systems. I am more positive and experience life as offering many possibilities. I have experienced the benefits of long term resilience and stamina. If I have been out for hours and come home tired, eating Sardines, Dulce, etcetera undoubtedly reenergizes me. My mental acuity is stronger. I feel revitalized. There are benefits from eating highly mineralized foods which are intertwined with the Rivera/ Kalcker Parasite Protocol. I have also experienced the benefits of eating these foods  for the  two years I participated on The Unique Healing Program, and for at least 10 years before that.  I also witnessed my resistance to eating Sardines, Dulse, Chlorella, Spirulina and Green Superfood Powders. I would rather have a cup of tea and a biscuit.

WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO EAT?

Sardines and other foods listed above are not my entire diet. I may only eat one and a half Sardines per serving, one to two teaspoons of Dulce, 1 tbs. of the Green Powder before eating something else. I use these foods as medicine. It works for me. I have come to realize that I can easily go on automatic and eat things that are not as efficiently absorbed as these mineral rich  foods. Food addiction can derail us all. Eating food that is Organic, straight from a farm, and on the list of foods that are acceptable on the Rivera / Klacker Program does not mean a person is eating the most efficiently for healing. My experience is that most people do not want to hear this. I have known  a good number of people whose identity is largely based on the food they buy and prepare. There are several Cable Television Networks dedicated to Food here in the USA.  It is easy to rationalize what we eat, especially if those around us eat poorly. If you are not in good health you most likely have, or have had, some kind of food addiction. Food addiction is the most wide spread and socially acceptable addiction in our society.

INSATIABLE APPETITE FOR SOMETHING THAT IS MISSING: MINERALS

Walking in the door ravenous and automatically stuffing your mouth with carbs is easy to do. I have done this many times in my life. Break this habit b immediately eating some of the mineral rich foods I mentioned above. Dulse is an easy one.  You can also carry Spirulina and Chlorella tablets with you. You can carry  Dulse with you, too. I do not find Nori has the same effect as Dulse, but it may for you. Seasnax is one option to easily purchase in some areas while out and about.

If the thought, taste, texture and smell of Sardines is a turn off you may just not have had any good ones. You, like most people are mineral deficient and addicted to other foods. or just need to develop a taste for them. Buy the Sardines in Olive Oil for best taste. The ones in water or that come with sauces on them are not always very good. Read the labels.  I have found the simpler the better. I you are at home it is easy to add condiments like vinegar, lemon, lime and other things that lessen the strong flavor of these amazingly mineral rich fish.

MINERAL RICH IS THE WAY TO GO

Hungry a great deal of the time? Thinking about food ? Chances are one of the issues you are dealing with is the need for more minerals. If you have a fluctuating appetite for whatever reason, mineral rich foods are the way to go for more immediate results. Sardines and other mineral rich foodsk can give immediate feel better results. When nothing tastes good it is at least satisfying to feel way better from what you eat. Mineral rich foods are the ticket.
