PICKING FIGHTS AND PARASITES?

PARASITES: ATTACKING THEIR HOST FROM THE INSIDE OUT LEADS TO THE HOST ATTACKING OTHERS

Like cockroaches and jelly fish, internal pathogens [aka parasites] know no boundaries. They simply take over. There is a desperation in their actions to stay alive and reproduce. The age, social standing, sexual orientation, skin color, ethnicity often makes little difference. Parasites are internal “terrorists”.  They have no empathy, they just want to proliferate. Very often people have similar personality traits of the pathogens that hold court in their bodies. Mass numbers of people unconsciously reproduce. They do this without considering their personal capabilities, or that of our belabored planet. These words may make sense to you. They may piss you off. For me, these observations have helped to create a deeper understanding of others. However, it is not so easy for me to feel empathy and compassion for people who are in denial about their personal situations and the highly tenuous condition of this beloved planet Earth.

EVERYONE ELSE IS CRAZY, NOT I!

When people have a inner terrain that is in balance and NOT overly populated by pathogens, they most likely have a greater sense of acceptance toward the world and others. However, even the most aware have limitations. Feeling defensive and closed minded is a sign of poor health. To recognize the poor health of those we see as our enemy is a sign of wisdom and maturity. I recently heard someone say that the world “needs” villains and heroes. Simply put, most of us need someone to be wrong so we can be right. We need someone to dislike. Why? Well, often to feel good about ourselves. Time is running out on this planet for immature behavior like that. Hot headed people of any kind culture, from any nation, using Chemical Weapons of any kind is one example. Powerful nations all over the globe are culpable.

WRITING HONESTLY IS NOT SO EASY, ALTHOUGH…

More than ever I truly admire people who write about what is going on with themselves in very personal ways. In a way that seems like they do not care what anyone else thinks. At this time in the world they face the opinions of others as never before. A time when mean spiritedness has a a platform like no other. That platform is the internet. People of all ages and sexual orientation are expressing their ugly words  [often anonymously]. These words   are often justified in the mind of the speaker  by their own sexual, social, racial, economic fears and prejudices.

LEARNING FROM OTHERS

I began writing these blog posts in an effort to reach out and possibly meet others who were on a similar search. Looking for solutions to a dwindling feeling of vitality and all the repercussions that go with it.  Meeting people and conversing outside this blog post has been a great help at times. It has also forced me to look at how I am influenced by the opinions of others. Getting to know people who have contacted me through this blog has at times curtailed what I say here to a certain degree. I am determined to not let this continue.

PARASITES: ON THE ATTACK BEHAVIOR

On a similar note, writing these blog posts I am again facing how the words of others  effect my own self expression. This is not something I like to admit.Why? Sadly, for similar reasons. From what people tell me, it appears that what others think is of little consequence to me. This is  due to my health and other lifestyle decisions. I must admit that, at times,  it has taken great effort to go against the norm. Decisions that, in my opinion, only effect others by their perception of my decisions. How it may cause them to question their own decisions. What kind of decisions? One example is keeping my family surname after marrying. A total nothing burger in my book.

Besides myself I have seen the concern of what others think determine the actions and decisions of people I know very intimately, to those I only know by what I have read, and what others say. Reflecting on this has forced me to make some uncomfortable choices over and over again. Choices that challenge the decisions of others that are blatantly not in their best interest, or that of those around them. Like what? How about daily  red wine consumption. I know CNN tells us it is good for our hearts. See how awkward things become when when you decline wine in the company of  people who consume daily.

FOLDING TO SOCIAL PRESSURE, EVEN WHEN IT IS AGAINST OUR BETTER JUDGEMENT

When pathogens rule, people are easily manipulated, even if they do not think they are. We are all sold products and helped to make decisions based on what is best for the economy to keep growing. What our family, our tribe finds acceptable. Our jobs and investments, of all kinds, greatly shape these decisions. Shaming people into conformity is Advertising 101.  How we look and feel needs to be acceptable in the eyes of others, or this is what we are deeply encouraged to believe. I have felt this. Have you? Maybe it is something you have never even questioned. Understandably so, because it could mean the end of  marriages, other relationships, a job, and lifestyle. Several of the people I have met through The Unique Healing, CD Autism, etcetera want to “get better” so they can fit right back in. May work for some, but for many they will always have the feeling of being the outsider. Coming to peace with who we are is not so easy in a society that, for the most part, does not like change.

Advertisers know the psychological profile of most consumers. They know that the downfall of others peaks the interest of others. Understatement. Ever hear of The Enquirer Magazine [USA]?  The media pressure distracts us from facing our own lives. In the similar sense people like to see their “team” win, and when it does they think  so have they.To be a fan of a “team” that is not related to the tribes [aka families, country, schools, etc.] we come from is frowned upon. Trying to get members of our own family to change their philosophy can be a real uphill battle. I have learned after  many years that leading by example is way more effective. In the end, you may not have converts, but they will respect you.

WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH PARASITES?

A great deal. Questioning what pathogens, viruses and bacterial infections really are, and getting an honest answer can start an avalanche of changes that can rock our world and those of the world around us. I do believe there is a connection here to everything I have said previously about parasites and patterns of unconscious and addictive behavior. Somethings we all witness and participate in on some level. Connecting poor health with combative behavior has helped me to be more compassionate toward myself and others. It is way easier to have compassion toward others when we like them. Not so easy when we dislike someone, when their actions have hurt us. When their actions have hurt someone we care for.

So, if we have a sister, brother – in – law, neighbor, politician, etcetera whom we can not tolerate, it helps to pause and reflect. To see them as ill and not just “a crazy” can encourage compassion and understanding. It is a decision that can assist us in our own healing by not being reactionary and condemning. I have to laugh when I hear people say they do not judge others. I think we all do. Checking ourselves when we do is our most realistic plan of action.

DONALD TRUMP: CHIPPING AWAY AT OURSELVES AND OTHERS WITH A HACKSAW

One intention I have in writing these blog posts is to make the world a better place one blog post at a time. Words do matter, they have a vibration. Words touch others and set actions into motion. To be greater than these pathogens that CAN determine so much of our lives is the beginning of a movement toward greatness and compassion for ourselves and others. To turn our backs on hateful judgement is moving against a tide that is overwhelmingly encouraged today by the media. A major example is the uber – coverage of Donald Trump  and his run for the Presidency of the USA. Two other examples is the media coverage of  Boris Johnson in the UK and the late mayor of Toronto, Rob Ford. Johnson and Ford are two other Uber personalities that have received lots of media coverage for having little to no filter on their mouths.

During this endless primary season here in the USA, I have had people tell me they like the way Donald Trump “thinks”. Well, if that is thinking then sign me up for “Pet Rock” – inanimate object status. To think before we speak is something we could all do more of. Count to 10, or higher, before responding. The conscious use of words is a challenge we are all facing in this time of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, etcetera. A time when every verbal fart has a platform for expression. Donald Trump is presently well known, here in the USA, as a middle to late night Tweeter. An out of control need to respond to all his critics. Whatever the outcome of this USA election is, this kind of hair-trigger reaction is not to his or anyone else advantage in the long run.

I am currently working with Dr. Jennifer Daniels, MD on recovering my health. I have experienced major differences on all levels. I appreciate her honesty and patience. I am also grateful to the other healing modalities that I have participated in over the last 30 years, many of which I have written about in past blog posts. Some I have written more in depth than others.

Without compassion and understanding no true healing can take hold on a personal, or global level. Seeing what joins us [the essence of Yoga] and not what separates us is the only path to peace and true freedom.

DR. JENNIFER DANIELS, MD: BE YOUR OWN GURU

HEALING IS POSSIBLE IF GIVEN THE RIGHT TOOLS

A short response to some feedback I have received from the few posts I have written about my experience with Dr. Jennifer Daniels, MD.

I do not think Dr. Daniels is the answer for everyone.  I can not stress this enough. I am just relaying my experience.

It does disturb me that the cost of consulting with Dr. Daniels is prohibitive for most people. I do have to say that there are people I know who would benefit greatly from what Dr. Daniels has to offer. Most of them cannot in any way afford her services. What I also need to say is that even if they could they would not be interested in the protocols that she recommends. Look over her website and you will understand why. No quick fixes for most conditions. She does have remedies to help the process of healing be less uncomfortable that often work remarkably well.

For others it is a pedestal issue that I have observed over the years. I have witnessed people put practitioners, in most recent years Donna Pessin and Kerri Rivera on a pedestal. It has been a hard fall for all involved, especially Donn Pessin and her Unique Healing Program. Compassion for others is a sign of healing. The late Donna Pessin is someone to have compassion for.

Experience things for yourself first before telling friends and family that you have found the Holy Grail. I am very fortunate that none of the friends and family I told about The Unique Healing [ about 5 ] were at all interested. I knew it was a bad idea and stopped myself early on. I did write many posts about Donna Pessin and The UHP. I did compose them from the most honest and straight forward place. I was often critical and mentioned my need to augment The Unique  Healing Program with colonics, enemas and my own dietary knowledge that was not at all inline with Donna Pessin and her program.

One person has written me more than once about Dr. Robert Morse and her positive results with his protocol. He is someone I have done a small amount of research on. I think he is worth investigating.

Please do not put anyone on a pedestal. There is often pressure from family, clients and friends to come up with THE answer. There is not ONE. This can be especially true when people have followed your advice and things did not work out.

Everything I say here is meant whole heartedly. I am having my own struggles while working with Dr. Daniels. Part of what has helped me have success with her has been my own knowledge. There are things that she has come up with that have probably saved me from an Emergency Room visit. The Emergency Room is something I have done only once before, and was due to a bike collision 30 years ago.

I am a compassionate person, but what I have been through recently has made me more aware of why there is such a need for perscription pain medication in order to be functional. How I have managed to not use any is something I will try to write about in the near future. Please do not be hard on yourself for using drugs for pain. Please be relentless in your search to find other ways to minimize, or irradiate the use of these substances.

Again, Dr. Daniels in NOT for everyone. No one person is. Any issues I have had with her treatment has been more on a personal communication level and not on her demeanor, or expertise. Things that are truly not worth writing about in this forum. And I am NOT referring to her availability to her patients . She is there for those who are her patients.

TURPENTINE THERAPY:RESOLVING THAT ARTHRITIC LIMP AND JOINT PAIN

CHANGE BEGINS WITH A VISUAL IMAGE: AN ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH

Before reading any further, I invite you to imagine yourself walking. Walking in a way that engages both your upper and lower body. Shoulders, Arms, Hips and Legs. A Gait that has an alternating motion of shoulders and hips. A Gait  that looks easy going, that has a natural, understated swagger. This IS a Gait that is ageless. A Gait that is driven by confidence and  curiosity. A Gait that is NOT driven by fear and pain. Fear, when it is an everyday response to life, not spurred on by any real circumstance, needs to be recognized a a precursor, or outcome of poor health. This kind of behavior is often mistaken as a attribute of old age. It is really an attribute of declining health, and can occur at any age.

DEHYDRATION, DEMINERALIZATION EQUAL ARTHRITIS – AUTOIMMUNE WEAKNESS

Are you a person that has had a dalliance with digestive ills, joint pain, depression – lack of excitement about life, skin rashes, migraines, just feeling tired all the time? The list of symptoms is very long all encompassing. Maybe you would consider that chances are you walk without a whole lot of elegance. Otherwise known as loosing your MOJO. Maybe you never thought about how you and others walk, get up out of a chair, have restrictions in joint range of motion.  A less than fluid Gait often goes undressed because it is masked by youth and lack of awareness. An awkward Gait can eventually evolve into a Limp.

Do some observing and you will notice how many people walk in a stiff and uncomfortable looking way. Also, you do not need to be over 50 to have this issue. However, Posture and Gait do create a vibe of  premature aging. How we walk is a unsolicited and unconscious comment we make about ourselves. A comment that needs no words. Actions, especially in the case of walking, do speak louder.

CLEARING INFLAMMATION: DR. JENNIFER DANIELS, MD

I  would begin by researching the causes of inflammation and how to deal with pain without the use of numbing drugs, injections and surgery. In my view medications open the door for further inflammation and structural damage to those taking them. Dr. Jennifer Daniels, MD has an approach that may work for people who have an open mind. Her use of Turpentine – Pine Oil  and Vitality Capsules, in my opinion, are the lynch pins that make everything else she recommends work. Many of her other recommendations may not be new to some. Her approach does have a deeper impact due to her Candida Cleaner Protocol. Dr. Daniels understanding of the use of Pine Oil / Turpentine joined with her clinical experience is undeniable. All of this accompanied by her own personal healing process, that seems to be constantly evolving, deepens her success with her patients.

PREMATURE AGING, DEMINERALZATION, DEHYDRATION

Over the past decades I have observed the Walking Movement / Gait of my clients and people in general. Back when living in NYC, I personally worked with a Structural Integration Therapist on my own Gait Retraining. Due to the influence of Pharmaceutical and Insurance Companies on Medical Education on all levels, many PT’s have low expectations for most people, especially those over 50. Even lower ones for those with diagnosed “Degenerative” Illnesses. With that information stated, one thing that I can generally recommend is to begin walking in a way that engages the upper and lower body. This means synchronizing the movement of the upper body [shoulders  and arms ]with the hips and legs. This is  an approach to walking that takes conscious effort. The benefits are many

To summarize, the upper body needs to move in opposition to the lower body when walking. When the upper and lower torso are held in a rigid way it does NOT transmit a feeling of confidence. A confidence that is most deeply connected to a strong Immune System. A walking pattern that lacks fluidity puts a great strain on the entire nervous system – spine. It looks robotic. A robotic Gait is not attractive. The age of the person, under these circumstances is almost inconsequential. However, one thing  reasonable people may agree upon is that moving in a rigid way contributes to appearing  less than confident. How we think and move often reflect one another. Are there exceptions? The spirit of an individual is powerful and can override what is lacking physically. This is becoming less and less in this world of exposure to environmental toxins, and other factors that compromise the health of each one of us.

In the past few years I have shared my experience with The Unique Healing Program / Donna Pessin and The Kalcker Parasite Protocol, and a long history before that.  Dr. Jennifer Daniels, MD is a practitioner who has provided a great deal of information that is well worth checking out. I have found further help from her Vitality Capsules Site after hitting a wall with the long time use of CD / MMS. Maybe you  will, too.

THE INGUINAL HERNIA: HEALING AND PREVENTING AN INGUINAL HERNIA

Why would someone have an Inguinal Hernia? Below I get into more detail of the location of the Inguinal Hernia. Also, bodily fluids and waste that gather there because of a complex maze these substances have to rise up [on the right side] and exit [on the left]. So, depending on the family health history and individuals health history, the body may not be that inherently strong. Then repetitive movement done under stress in sports, work outs, lifting for work, an activity done to release anger [exercise and sports are often used to vent, and this is not always done consciously] adds to creating a Hernia in this particular area. Sometimes when people love to do something they overdo it. Many sports today often stress one side. Dance is very often that way. Often dancers and choreographers have a stronger side and favor it. Using one leg over and over again in fencing, soccer, kicking in football, stance in baseball, high jump, skateboarding, and dance are some easily identifiable examples. I hope this makes sense in explaining how an Inguinal Hernia can begin.

A TAKE ON HOW THE BODY BREAKS DOWN

When the PH of our blood, urine, lymph, and other bodily fluids and waste measures highly acidic for years it is easier for health problems to become more frequent. Why? Because that acidic fluid that all our tissues are bathing in aids in breaking down the body and putting it in a position of defensiveness. We are always irritated. Our Immune System is then always in a defensive mode. This will also be reflected in our personality. It will influence how we see the world. We can feel attacked, paranoid and easily angered. Depending on how frequently a person sees a doctor, blood tests are taken, fear about being sick pervades. This knowingly or unknowingly determines the future of our health. One Physician  treating my father, after my dad had a stroke, took me aside and gave me advice I will never forget. He told me to keep my dad away from doctors that always want to run tests. Some people would cringe at this advice, but I knew exactly what he was saying. I do have to interject here that many doctors do run tests to protect themselves from lawsuits and create a paper trail that shows they were on top of things in case of a malpractice suit.

BACK TO THE INGUINAL HERNIA: RIGHT SIDE

A hernia is a weakening of the facial and deep layers of body tissue. I know first hand that strain or overuse is not the primary reason hernias form in the groin area. An Inguinal Hernia is located in the lower quadrant of the loins. It is an area on men and women where there are strong physiological and functional demands, not just structural. A gathering point for waste matter and other bodily fluids. On the right there is the Cecum and Appendix. Waste matter has to move up against gravity and when it does not, becomes impacted, the PH of the entire body, eventually takes a big hit. That right corner tissue becomes a weak spot. The Appendix has a similar reason for becoming stuck and sluggish. The rest of the GI Tract, Cecum and Appendix greatly effect one another due to location and function. When things are not moving, often beginning in childhood, a person is more inclined to have a hernia. I have treated two males under the age of 18 who were developing an Inguinal Hernia. They were both Olympic Trial Fencers, lunging on one leg repetitively. Their diet was poor and their stress level was great. Their coach was not interested in addressing the enormous difference in thigh circumference that was beyond apparent on the overworked lunging leg. It was criminal in my mind. All these kids wanted to do was please their coach and get to the  US Fencing Team Trials. In doing that they were creating some serious imbalances in their tissue.

INGUINAL HERNIA: LEFT SIDE

The left side of the loins is where the exit point of waste is located and it is a complex maze. If a person is aware of  problems with Digestion or Elimination  it will often be experienced in this lower left area. From Chronic Constipation to Loose Stools, all will show a build up of toxic waste that weakens the tissue. How can it be any other way? The waste sitting there, unable to exit, creates acidity that weakens the tissue. Also, the location of the Bladder puts an added pressure on the whole pelvic – groin area of the body in terms of Uric Acid building. If the rest of the body can not let go of waste in a timely way, the Bladder will be a highly stressed organ for helping to create some kind of Homeostasis. Not forgetting the involvement of the Kidneys here, but any means.

AND THE POINT IS…

If you have an Inguinal Hernia and want to heal it without a surgical procedure, have had a surgery or are planning to have a surgery it will only help to balance out your body’s PH. The time to start is now. It will not happen overnight. You can begin to do this by eating a diet that is more alkaline while taking something that absorbs old waste throughout the entire body. Yes, I am talking about Sodium Bentonite Clay and or Zeolite Clay. There are other clays that may help and here is one source to do some research. However, is is imperative to come up with a long term plan to absorb acidy body fluids and waste. Again, they have accumulated due to sitting around stagnating and  are very irritating and weakening to the entire organism.

Our body has an internal  protection plan to buffer an overly acidic PH. One part of that is taking minerals from our bones [Calcium is one] to buffer and balance out the building acids. This is not a long term plan for buffering for obvious reasons. Without intervention deep sickness occurs. An Inguinal Hernia is a cry for help. Things are just too acidic. irritated and breaking down.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO ABSORB AND ESCORT OUT THE ACIDIC WASTE MATTER?

Taking a substances such as Sodium Bentonite Clay and Calcium Citrate along with dietary changes keeps all our cells in a less acidic environment. A more Acid Bath is what eventually leads to Auto Immune Illnesses and all Diagnosed and Undiagnosed Illness and Discomfort. A balanced PH is the only way to heal. Adhesions that form throughout the body, especially in the Groin, deeply involve the Psoas. These are areas where Inguinal Hernia Surgery has placed screening material and often needs serious help. Adhesions can be made more flexible with Rolfing or other Structural Integration work, but it does hurt. The released acids [ Lactic and others] will just be reabsorbed if there is nothing to sop them up with. Also, these Adhesions will reform without the absorption of these acids and change in diet and lifestyle. Adhesions are a way for the body to protect itself and try to shore up the area, but in the end it causes more pain and stiffness. A kind of  mending that is not a long term plan.

I have been in contact with a few people who are grappling with an Inguinal Hernia. A Hernia in the groin area can be painful due to the pressure of waste build up, and the pressure that is put on this core area to stand, walk and bend. Annoying and painful, it is an undeniable wake up call. There is not much more medicine can do years after an Inguinal Hernia surgery to ease the pain, stiffness and inflexibility. More of the same mounts as waste builds. It is amazing what people are willing to accept from a Physician that would get an Alternative Practitioner the boot or worse. Lawsuit….

HERE ARE SOME PROGRAMS TO CHECK OUT TO HELP CREATE HEALING IN THE BODY:

The Body Ecology Diet. A book worth reading and a diet with MANY aspects worth exploring. The downside of The BED is that it is high in fermented foods and liquids that are very cleansing and tend to add to the acid load. No Sodium Bentonite Clay in this Protocol. Accompanied by SBC or some other clay, The BED could be the missing link and better vehicle for healing.

Ejuva Cleanse is one more balanced colon and whole body cleanse that can help absorb acids and create healing in the body. It can be done at a slow pace. The quality when I used it was very high. Worth checking out. Do not discount this product because of David Wolfe, spokesperson for the faulty Nutribullet, endorses it.

Dr. Fred Bisci PHD  has some very well earned wisdom during his 82 + years on the planet. His focus on creating whole body health by healing the GI Tract is solid.

The Unique Healing Program Donna Pessin. No, I do not get a dime for recommending The UHP. I have been on The Unique Healing Program for almost two years. Decades of searching brought me to try this program and it is most definitely, for me, been the missing link to healing my digestion and elimination woes. Lots of videos and free info on The UHP site.

DEPRESSION AND THE PROLAPSED TRANSVERSE COLON: THE UNIUQE HEALING PROGRAM DONNA PESSIN

What I am writing here may seem ludicrous to certain readers, for some it will be a no brainer, and for others it will be a bit of an epiphany, or at least something they will be willing to consider. So, here it is: How can anyone with a colon that looks droopy and sad not be depressed? Okay, let me tell you how I came to this observation besides why this seems so very obvious to me. First off, I admit that not all people with a prolapsed colon feel depressed, allow themselves to feel depressed or know they are depressed. Honestly covering the bases here.

Here is a link to a site that has some drawings of a Prolapsed Transverse Colon. I am not endorsing this site, the information on the site, or any products they sell. I found it hard to find a simple drawing or photo of a Prolapsed Transverse Colon by itself.

As a person who studied abdominal diagnosis [aka palpating the Hara in the world of Shiatsu] and  discovered colonics in their very early twenties, I have lots of personal observations about the gut. The one I want to share here comes from being a receiver of colonics and later becoming a colon therapist. So, to get right to it, as water would reach my Transverse Colon or the person I was giving a colonic to a similar thing would happen. They would often put their hand on their forehead, specifically across their eyebrows. They would report feelings of pressure in the head, a mild headache, etcetera. Water crossing the Transverse Colon, or tying to, was very uncomfortable for many people, especially if their colon was sluggish, untoned or, in more medical terms, or they had a Prolapsed Transverse Colon. A Prolapsed Transverse Colon may often be atrophied and have Diverticulitis [basic definition]. These are situations that I know many people, who are chronically constipated, have. A Transverse Colon that is prolapsed is a  wide spread situation. Many people who feel depressed, have headaches, migraines, eye problems, allergies, etcetera have this condition. It is a situation that western medicine does not address. It is a big problem that impacts many health issues that Western Physicians label as “unrelated” and a “minor” health concern. These minor abnormalities are all the beginnings and signs of much more serious sickness.

WHY LINK DEPRESSION WITH CONSTIPATION?

Who wants to feel emotionally and physically stuck, having physical [pain, gas, bloating] or emotional pressure that can not be relieved? No one wants to feel unable to be in control of the most basic function of our body for months, years or decades. This is not an empowering or uplifting way to live. Wanting to leave the house and feeling a prisoner until one has moved their bowels may or may not consciously limit the goals of some people in their careers and personal life. How honest are you willing to be when faced with what I just wrote? If you have this as your life circumstance and are willing to be honest, you will understand. If you don’t and won’t,  you probably are not able to. If you are reading this post you are most likely no stranger to bowel discomfort.

Depression and constipation – all those commercials on TV for anti- depressants nail the feeling of floating in a gray abyss. It is palpable. The dog can feel it. Now that is some pretty good dog training to get a dog to play depressed. They could just hire a blood hound or a basset….

THE WAIT AND SEE WESTERN MEDICAL STRATEGY

Linking Chronic Constipation with Emotional Depression is equating poor health with depression. As you look at photos of prolapsed colons, just ask yourself how can this be a long term life plan? When there is no plan from Western Medicine to correct a prolapsed colon except for surgery down the line, this is a recipe for further, much more serious health problems sooner or later.

A client once told me, a mother of four, that she did not really love being a mother (she loved her children), but loved being pregnant. Why specifically, and I am not joking, was because it was the only time she had regular bowels, especially as the pregnancy developed. It was the only time she felt, as the pregnancy progressed, rather euphoric. The fetus lifted up her transverse colon that she did tell me was otherwise prolapsed. She had chronic constipation her entire life. Her doctor must not have had any other solution for her prolapsed colon except – keep’em comin’. I truly hope that was not the case.

Just have to say here that if the Transverse Colon is prolapsed the rest of the colon is most likely not in good condition. You can find a myriad of photos of sick colons on an engine search. Try Bernard Jensen Colon Photos or Images, and you will see what I am talking about.

AS ABOVE, SO IS BELOW

The point of this post is to cover some of the often unthought of possibilities that defines an unhealthy colon, and how that plays out in every day life. Poor digestion and elimination has deep emotional effects. The location  and correlation of the Transverse Colon and the Head is barely acknowledged, yet understood. The Bowel-Brain connection as some refer to it. The Transverse Colon is just below the Thoracic Diaphragm. When the Trans Colon is congested, lacks tone, is prolapsed, or has inflamed pockets (Diverticulitis) it impacts our health deeply. It colors our thinking, can cause headaches, sneezing, sinus congestion, what seems like allergies.  Why this is I can explain in a way that seems most obvious to me: pressure building in the Transverse Colon and gut area eventually effects what is above it. That level is the head – throat diaghram. I have observed first and second hand, over and over again that this correlation is very real. Give it some thought and start palpating your own gut and anyone else in your life who will allow you. No, I am not kidding. It is amazing what can be learned this way. It will change your knowledge about your body and the bodies of others. It will eventually drive home the importance of the breath.

How many diaphragms does the body have? link here, There are four. Cranial, Cervical, Pelvic and Thoracic.

A long term commitment is needed to  heal a GI Tract that is not functioning well. The entire body pays the price for poor digestion and elimination.  You may know this, but many, many people do not. I have found The Unique Healing Program Donna Pessin to be the answer for my health recovery. The UHP can help heal a prolapsed colon by absorbing acidity with Sodium Bentonite Clay. This allows the tissues of the entire body to not be bathing in their own waste. These tissues of the entire GI Tract can find PH balance and become toned again. When and while this is  happening the rest of the body will be able to heal due to the lessening of that acidity. The Unique Healing Program takes time, study and a daily routine. THE UNIQUE HEALING PROGRAM DONNA PESSIN: HEALING ARTHRITIC PAIN

CAN YOU RESOLVE ARTHRITIC JOINT PAIN ON THE UNIQUE HEALING PROGRAM?

I believe the answer is yes. Several other programs I have tried made great sense to me because they spoke of improving digestive and bowel function, but they did not restore my peristalsis [ I remained chronically constipated] and those programs did not reduce my pain. One particular  program is The Body Ecology Diet. Do I think The BED can work for some people?  Yes, I think could. However, if someone has had long term, chronic joint pain for years I would be surprised if it did. Why? BED does not use Sodium Bentonite Clay to absorb the acidity that helps cause pain. I say for most the answer is no. Why?  Because chronic long term pain was my story, and The BED did not work for me. Also, I did pursue BED diligently for three or more years. What I did previously to BED is something I have written about in past posts. A number of decades of seeking better health and wellness are documented in much of what I have written here at notyourrawmama.

Do I think one can resolve pain on The Unique Healing Program? Again, I will say  yes, but it will take time, effort and patience. How long? Two to five or more years is an honest assessment, with improvements that make it clear you are getting better after the first several months, one year or a bit longer. My experience is that The Unique Healing Program does work, but may need tweaking. I have used colonics, homeopathy and massage, clay baths, and more  to help me heal. Primarily, The Unique Healing Program is the only long term cleansing and health rebuilding program that gave me consistent results in having a healthier gut from the beginning. Nothing else I did helped my bowels to move regularly. I have a long history of seeking an answer. Is my story yours? Of course not. Your healing timeline is yours alone.

The cleansing process of the body is never without highs and lows. What your experience will be is deeply connected to your  quality of health and family health history, and what else got you there. The Unique Healing Program is a comprehensive rebuilding of the digestive and elimination system. How many years you or I have been on this planet, and so many other factors come into play in determining how long it will take to be out of pain. I am not there yet, but the improvement is consistently building. I  do wish it was faster. Greater patience on The UHP has been one of  my biggest gains. Recognizing why people want a quick fix from the deepest part of my own impatience is really an eye opener. Builds my compassion for those who choose the doctor – pharmaceutical approach.

ARTHRITIS IS INFLAMMATION

If you have inflammation in any part of your body in any way, shape or form you are probably a candidate for arthritis. Indigestion, acid reflux, bladder infections, acne, rashes, painful periods, headaches, migranes, muscle spasms, insomnia, etcetera. All the “normal” maladies that many think are normal. They seem normal because so many people have them. They seem normal cause that is what we are told and sometimes what to believe. Again, inflammation is inflammation, and if you are reliant on Motrin, Aleve , Bayer or Excedrin, on a daily basis, you have an inflamed condition. You are probably one minor injury away from having non-stop pain. Also known as Arthritis.

SOME MISUNDERSTANDINGS ABOUT THE UNIQUE HEALING PROGRAM

If you have tried everything else and nothing has worked  you are not alone. All of  these programs, that have promised pain relief and you have been on the search for more than one to five years, join the growing club. The truth of The Unique Healing Program is that it takes time to heal inflammation on the deepest level. You could be an exception and if you are, please let me know. I am jealously happy for you. Here are a few things to consider about The Unique Healing Program if you are on it or considering it:

You can not eat any old thing if you want and get better in the most timely way on The UHP. Donna Pessin says that in her videos. Listen closely and read the books more than once to see what I am talking most specifically about. Top 5 Diet Tips video . You CAN eat some nourishing foods that other programs say no to, but there is NO guarantee that you will not feel it. The clay is a healing agent not an instant miracle cure, although some would argue with that.

At the risk of sounding like I am repeating myself from the above statement: You can NOT take clay to make up for indigestion producing food choices on an ongoing or daily basis, or  maybe at all while on The Unique Healing Program.  It may work on occasion, but not long term. If you have had a food addiction you can use the clay that way for awhile, but it is NOT a long term plan. Burp.

To heal pain and inflammation on The UHP more quickly, and that is soooooo subjective, the clay needs to do its job and heal the systems of digestion and elimination. If the body has to deal with more added acid from acid forming foods, the process will, in my estimate,  just take that much longer. Boo, hiss – sorry, but I am as sure as hell this is true. Also, remember that Pain and Inflammation must first be lessened in the organs of digestion and elimination to  positively effect the joints of the body. A drag.

Wrapping up here on this subject, for now. In summary, Pain and Inflammation are a result of a poor functioning Digestive System, a sluggish Bowel, and backed up System of Organs. All this results in Blood that is low in oxygen and nutrients that all our cells crave and need.

So, Pain takes time to heal and the diminishment of pain is a reflection of the healing progress of  the rest of the body systems. So, the intensity of pain and discomfort of any kind, not just Arthritic pain, is a good barometer in determining overall health. Ongoing Pain and Vitality do not coexist in the same body for long without one winning over the other.

THE UNIQUE HEALING PROGRAM DONNA PESSIN: HAND PAIN-HEALING PAIN ON THE UNIQUE HEALING PROGRAM

Something I want to share immediately is that  I have had hand discomfort and stiffness for about 10 years. I knew the cause was not occupational. I know people who do not do anything arduous with their hands and  they have hand pain. Even children. Okay, so my hands could be stiff at times, but the most upsetting thing to me was that they could hurt very badly if someone tried to shake my hand or if anyone tired to hold my hand. This was a really bad sign to me. Toward the end of my living in NYC, as a bodyworker and colon therapist, I used my hands despite this discomfort and utilized my elbows and forearms when I could for bodywork. I never accepted hand pain as unsolvable. I can report that the pain in my hands is completely gone. I still have some finger stiffness at times, but it is nothing in comparison to what I did have 18 months ago when I began The Unique Healing Program.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL PAIN?

My experience is a slow healing with my right hip, but I have had pain in my right hip joint beginning in early 2001. I am also over 55 years of age. As a dancer, athlete, bodyworker and yoga teacher I always had some stiffness in my hips and hamstrings. I worked at being flexible. Quite frankly, most of the other athletes, dancers and yoga teachers I knew, also worked at being flexible. What does that mean?  This is all subjective, but many to most over stretched their bodies and created more problems than they realized. Some people start certain athletics to defy physical limitations. People tend to be more competitive when they are younger and are not working their bodies from the inside out. Does this feel right? What is good for me?  No Pain, No Gain is part of our culture here in the USA and in other countries all over the world. Re: The Olympics.

INFLAMMATION IS NOT A ONE AREA OF THE BODY DEAL

To understand that our Immune System is also encapsulated in our joints is very important. Here is one explanation.To understand that our Immune System is greatly contained in out gut is vital to understand how we heal and how we become inflamed weakened and ill. Here is one explanation.

HAND PAIN AND THE LUNG AND LARGE INTESTINE

One hand point that is very important to know about that is linked to the Large Intestines and Lungs is located in the hand. It is an extremely common place for many to have pain and to develop some calcifications. It is near a joint that easily begins to look arthritic and “deformed”. I don’t like that word, but it gets the point across. Large Intestines 4 is a good point to treat yourself for, among other things, gas and constipation.

Some people feel that the body heals from the head down. I have sort of experienced this, but have had healing breakthroughs and changes all over my body while on The Unique Healing Program. I also have frustration about areas not healing, to my liking, fast enough. Generally speaking, I am not really sure exactly what is going on, but in most instances this theory seems sort of true. Legs can heal much later in the game due to gravity, poor circulation that increase the likelihood of  toxins collecting there due to these facts. What is your experience?
